Starting Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year PLUS $10,000 sign‑on bonus!

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate students’ communication abilities and implement individualized, evidence‑based speech therapy programs aligned with collaborative treatment goals.
  • Monitor student progress through data‑informed practices and provide meaningful updates supporting achievement of personal goals.
  • Employ effective, age‑appropriate therapy techniques to strengthen speech, language, cognitive, and memory skills.
  • Write timely, comprehensive progress reports; update interdisciplinary teams; adjust services for optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain case records accurately and in compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
  • Complete billing documentation within 24 hours of each client visit.
  • Establish respectful communication with families to support consistent scheduling and make‑up sessions.
  • Communicate strategies to promote carryover of goals into daily routines.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, recommend treatment plans, and manage implementation to adhere to best practices.
  • Ensure timely completion of intakes and achievement of clinical benchmarks.
  • Lead staff trainings, share best practices, and mentor peers to improve service quality.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families to enhance communication outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and supervision while traveling to home/community settings as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals in team meetings and case conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing positively to team success.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in speech pathology or a closely related field.
  • Licensed or in the process of obtaining an SLP credential.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain company‑approved crisis‑management certification.
  • Experience in alternative, special education, and/or behavioral health program settings.
  • Knowledge of special education services, compliance, and disabilities such as learning, emotional/behavioral disorders, autism spectrum, and related conditions.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for diverse needs.
  • Strong motivational skills and ability to engage in critical conversations with students.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with students, parents, teachers, and partners.
  • Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
  • Proficiency with instructional technology, Microsoft Office, database entry, and basic office equipment.
