Job Description
HVAC Service Technician — $22–$30/hour + Benefits & Incentives
Neal’s Heating & Air is looking for a dependable HVAC Technician to join our team serving North Georgia and the Chattanooga area. If you take pride in quality work and treating customers right, we’d like to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and explain findings and repair options to customers.
- Complete accurate service records and maintain a clean, safe work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC service experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Professional attitude, good communication, and dependable attendance.
- Valid driver’s license and a commitment to safe work practices.
- EPA certification preferred.
Pay & Benefits:
- $22–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
