The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient management of the accounting team.

This role is integral to maintaining the financial health and integrity of the company.

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain cash forecasting for operational needs.
• Prepare and review reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts to maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, supporting staff and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Mentor and support accounting staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, audits, and budgets.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP software; strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
