We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members.

Location:

Lafayette, IN

Pay: $22/hour

Job Type: Full‑time

• Train and onboard new movers and drivers on packing, moving, and customer service techniques
• Provide hands‑on coaching during daily operations
• Conduct truck inspections and ensure equipment is in working order
• Reinforce safety procedures and company policies
• Support retraining efforts and assist with safety meetings
• Track trainee progress and communicate updates to the Branch Manager
• Lead by example and set the standard every day while on job sites

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
• Proven track record of strong leadership and coaching ability
• Physically able to bend, squat, walk and lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly. Able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office
