We’re now hiring a Trainer to lead by example in coaching, training, and developing our frontline team members.
Trainer – TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®Location:
Lafayette, IN
Pay: $22/hour
Job Type: Full‑time
What You’ll Do- Train and onboard new movers and drivers on packing, moving, and customer service techniques
- Provide hands‑on coaching during daily operations
- Conduct truck inspections and ensure equipment is in working order
- Reinforce safety procedures and company policies
- Support retraining efforts and assist with safety meetings
- Track trainee progress and communicate updates to the Branch Manager
- Lead by example and set the standard every day while on job sites
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Proven track record of strong leadership and coaching ability
- Physically able to bend, squat, walk and lift 100+ lbs. repeatedly. Able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused
- Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and Microsoft Office
