Pay Range: $85,000-$100,000+ per year, plus performance bonuses

Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all field activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. • Supervise all field operations on commercial construction job sites.
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.
• Conduct daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation using construction management software (e.g., Procore).
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
• Hold regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to maintain project timelines and address issues.
• Resolve field conflicts and adapt project plans in real‑time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite environment.

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven track record as an on‑site superintendent on at least 5 completed projects, including 3+ ground‑up new builds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore.
• Excellent skills in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and multitasking.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA 10‑hour certification required.
• Associate's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
