Site Manager – Site Superintendent - Full-time
Location: Lafayette, IN
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Experience and/or coursework in mechanical systems
- Work experience in the construction industry
- Experience must include the ability to read drawings, manage subcontractors’ work, and effectively manage project schedules and deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Project scheduling software
Job Description:
- Manage the on-site construction activities at projects located throughout the United States
- Act as the point of contact at the project site
- Be responsible for the successful execution of projects, including close coordination with the customer
- Assist, to the extent of your abilities, in carrying out the work needed to ultimately deliver a quality product to clients, within budget and on schedule
