We are seeking a full‑time dedicated and skilled Certified Anesthesia Associate (CAA) to join our Collaborative Anesthesiology Team in Lafayette, Indiana. • Above average base salary, annual retention bonus, annual performance/metric bonus, and option for additional shift work for pay

• Occurrence‑Based Malpractice coverage
• Currently no call, no overnight shifts, no weekends
• No OB duties
• Flexible shifts available: 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 7 a.m.–5 p.m., 7 a.m.–7 p.m. based upon schedule needs
• Supportive and collegial Anesthesia Care Team Model with Medical Direction: 1:2, 1:3 (ideal) and 1:4 (rare)
• Peripheral nerve blocks must be performed; strong ultrasound regional skills required
• Patient draw base over 500K
• Level 3 trauma center
• Wide variety of cases – almost all except major trauma and transplant (cardiac taken by a separate team)
• Wide variety of ages: pediatrics (healthy) 6 mo and up

• BC/BE, ACLS, BLS certifications
