IU Health Arnett Physicians has a full-time employment opportunity for a Gynecologist to join their respected, collegial OBGYN Department with IU Health Physicians located in Lafayette, Indiana.

• Full time opportunity
• Day shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Calls
• 100% outpatient, some inpatient work depending on surgeries.
• Patient volume 60–70 per week at office and 4–5 per week at hospital (dependent on surgery volume)
• Join a team of 9 Physicians and 7 APPs with 30 support staff

• Providing care for patients with general gynecology needs including full‑spectrum surgery.
• Referring to urogynecologist and oncology gynecologist when necessary.
• Performing full‑spectrum gynecology procedures (except gynecology oncology).
• Da Vinci robotics skills preferred.

• Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified.
• Medical degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligibility for or possession of Indiana Medical License.
• Gynecology residency required.

• Robot‑capable facility with robots at both ambulatory surgery center and the main hospital.
• AI OR scheduling program – live.
• MD anesthesia available or medical direction.
• OR metrics teams actively working on FCOTS, accurate case scheduling, turnover times.
• The Chief of Surgery and peri‑operative OR Director will be onsite in the OR.
• Engaged OR nurses.
• Engaged pre‑ and post‑operative nurses.
