Overview
Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to meet the growing demand of our program northwest of Indianapolis, Indiana.
- Ideal candidate be an Internal or Family Medicine Physician who wants to be part of the Hospitalist Program
- Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- This is an established, high functioning hospitalist program with great patient outcomes and high levels of physician satisfaction
- Join a team of 30+ Hospitalists covering three campuses
- Schedule:
7 On / 7 Off; 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. - 75th percentile salary + quality + wRVU bonuses
- Outreach shifts to two other campuses
- Inpatient volume: 16 – 18 patients per day
- Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred
- Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation
- Respond to Code Blue’s
- Strong collegial support from specialists
