Indiana University Health Medical Group seeks a Primary Care physicianortu to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University).

- Traditional family medicine practice: chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients
- Shared phone call only: approximately 1:25 for FM 1:12 IM
- Excellent base salary plus incentive opportunities and sign on bonus

- US BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
