As a Cosmetology Substitute Teacher, you will have the vital responsibility of stepping into the classrooms of our talented instructors whenever they are unavailable. • Deliver engaging lessons according to pre-established curriculum and lesson plans
• Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques
• Assess student performance and provide actionable feedback
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment for all students
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to uphold educational standards

• Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the State of Indiana
• Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana
• Strong background and experience in the cosmetology field is a plus.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse student populations

Pay transparency: The expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, licensure and certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
