• Provide psychotherapy and counseling, including group, individual, and family therapy for patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or relevant field.
• State licensure per state requirements.
• CPR and CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred.
