Location:
Various locations across IU Health facilities (Level 1 trauma centers, suburban settings, critical access centers)

Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace the opportunity to work in diverse settings, rotating through different IU Health facilities.
- Serve on committees/work groups as an advocate for nursing practice to influence and drive evidenced-based practice change.
- Utilize your respected skillset, with the average RN experience level being 10 years, to provide exceptional care to our patients.
- Exercise autonomy in your practice, enabling you to deliver your best every day.
- Engage with our dynamic nursing community, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Deliver patient care exercising flexibility and critical thinking amidst rapid changes and high acuity patients.
- Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
