JOB DETAILS FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR 4:

Seeking a Recruiting Coordinator 4 for a manufacturing client based out of Lafeyette, IN.

  • Onsite:
    First shift, M-F 8am-4pm (flexible on start time)
  • Pay Range: $24.82-$27.96hr

JOB SUMMARY FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR 4:

  • The Recruiting Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by managing recruitment interview process such as scheduling communication and scheduling logistics. They ensure a smooth customer experience for both our candidates and our hiring teams while maintaining high standards of compliance.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR 4:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team to assist in the general day to day operations of the talent acquisition team.
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.
  • Serve as point of contact for all interviews, assisting candidates and hiring managers in the scheduling of onsite and virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview information between hiring managers and candidates, including sending confirmation emails, outlook invites and booking rooms.
  • Maintain interview documentation including interview schedules, historical interview records and collection of consensus forms.
  • Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including STAR Interview standards, orientation materials, assisting in initiating and monitoring background checks, drug screenings and medical assessments.
  • Partner with HR and Hiring teams to check on the rehire-eligibility of former caterpillar and agency workers.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR 4:

  • Years of experience: 3-5 year with high school, 2+ years with bachelor’s
  • Degree requirement:
    High school minimum

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RECRUITING COORDINATOR 4:

  • Multitasking between teams – multiple teams at once
  • Clear communication – ability to communicate throughout different levels
  • Intermediate knowledge of working with web/computer-based applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience with ATS systems preferred (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, ICIMS etc)
  • Experience scheduling interviews, meetings or events.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
  • Ability to complete tasks on time as per defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a matrixed team, high attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.
