• Support and maintain client servers, networks, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot escalated systems and network issues
• Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Work with firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPNs
• Assist with projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new deployments
• Document configurations and communicate clearly with clients
• Partner with service desk and senior engineers to deliver great outcomes

• 3–6 years of systems and/or network engineering experience
• Strong Windows Server and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, etc.)
• MSP or multi‑client experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑first mindset

• Azure experience
• Firewall platforms (Fortinet, Sonic Wall, Meraki, etc.)
• Backup & disaster recovery solutions
• Power Shell or automation experience
• Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco)

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
