Information Technology Project Coordinator

Experis is seeking an experienced coordinator to assist our client with planning and coordinating vendor and staff activities related to a move and space reduction.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Archives Executive Director on move planning.
• Coordinate work of vendors involved in the move.
• Determine equipment to be disposed of, obtain inventory numbers, and pack used equipment for vendors.
• Remove excess wiring.
• Coordinate with contracted moving companies.
• Assist staff with packing and moving their work spaces.
• Ensure the vacated Indiana facility is returned to the agreed-upon condition.
• Assist with tape scanning and packing as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and executives.

What You'll Need:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
