Regional Safety Manager

The Kelly Group is seeking a Regional Safety Manager for its Lafayette, Indiana location. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of safety management experience, preferably in construction or industrial environments, and be able to work independently with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Job responsibilities may occasionally require weekend work and/or travel. A company vehicle is provided for this position.

• Maintain a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Lead and manage regional health and safety programs and field staff of one to five safety professionals.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all job sites.
• Conduct site visits, audits and job safety evaluations.
• Investigate near misses, first aid cases and injury and property damage incidents.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and significant near misses.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and lessons learned are communicated.
• Prepare weekly safety reports for the safety director.
• Facilitate safety meetings and employee training.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, company and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain required safety records and manage safety supplies and equipment.
• Partner with customer safety personnel and support sales presentations as needed.
• Participate in weekly safety leadership meetings and industry events as requested.
• Perform basic computer skills and learn company‑specific applications.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company insurer.

Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in construction or industrial environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or related field.
• OSHA Construction/General Industry Outreach Trainer certification.
