General Manager

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated General Manager to oversee daily moving and storage operations in Lafayette, IN.

• Oversee all daily operations for the local branch, ensuring brand standards and high service quality.
• Manage P&L, analyze operational data, and drive profitability strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and support frontline staff and management team members.
• Maintain consistent operational processes through ongoing training, communication, and audits.
• Engage with the local community and represent the company in local events and partnerships.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Direct experience managing a P&L budget.
• Proven track record in sales, operations management, training, and data analytics.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Bachelor?s degree OR 5?10 years of experience in a related operational field.
• Leadership:
  Minimum of 3?5 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Tech Literacy:
  Proficiency in MS Office, digital forms, mobile applications, and cloud-based systems.
• Licensing & Health:
  Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record, plus the ability to obtain a Medical Examiner?s Certificate.
• Core Competencies:
  
  Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
