Production Technician
Location: Lafayette, IN 47905 – near Delphi
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hr
2nd Shift: Additional $1.00/hr shift differential
Type: Temporary with potential for conversion
Schedule1st Shift – 2 Openings
- Mon–Thu: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Fri: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
- Every other Sat: 5:00 AM–11:00 AM
2nd Shift – 1 Opening
- Mon–Thu: 1:00 PM–1:30 AM
- Every other Fri: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Approximately 49+ hours per week with mandatory overtime.
Job Duties- Clean and prepare the inside of industrial gas tanks.
- Enter confined spaces through openings as small as 16 inches.
- Use power tools, including grinders.
- Work at heights using lifts and safety harnesses.
- Perform detailed industrial cleaning and sanitation.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Work in dirty, wet, and physically demanding conditions.
- Manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, food-processing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
- Able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and perform physical work.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be available for required overtime.
