Wabash is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and lead manufacturing activities while coaching hourly coordinators and production staff. You will support safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the plant.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, with experience in lean, 5S, and metrics-based management.
