Job Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care according to the client's plan of care, including health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring, health promotion, and prevention.

Qualifications:

• Two years of LPN experience, preferably in assisted living or nursing homes.
• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to resident care.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate tasks.
• Dedication to senior well-being.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
