is seeking a PRNNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our
Urgent Care clinics in Lafayette, IN!

• PRN
  • 3shifts per month
• Ages 3 months and up, urgent care and occupational medicine visits at all locations. Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration and I&D, occupational medicine: work comp and DOT physicals, sports physicals.

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine required
