Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional care in an emergency department setting.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care for individuals with medical, injury, and mental health needs.
The standard patient ratio is 1:4, with adjustments for low acuity situations.
Experience in trauma care across the lifespan is preferred.
Candidates must be team players.
The dress code requires navy scrubs, with adherence to facility guidelines regarding acceptable attire.
Candidates will be expected to complete any assigned education modules prior to their first day.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
This position does not require floating to other units.
