HI Management is looking for a Property Manager in Lafayette, IN.
Location: Lafayette, IN, 47909
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily operations of the property
- Ensure all units are rented and rent is collected on time
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain property by addressing repairs and maintenance needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Proven experience as a Property Manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
