Team Member, Restaurant​/Food Service

Our Hourly Team Member role can encompass a range of different responsibilities depending on your interest:

• Food Runner: Delivers orders, refills drinks, ensures guests have what they need, adheres to sanitation and safety policies, and performs other duties as requested by management.
• Busser: Prepares dining rooms for guests by cleaning tables and chairs, removes plates after consumption, cleans and sweeps floors, handles trash, and follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Dishwasher: Washes dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepares the dish area for the next shift; unloads and stores deliveries; mops floors; takes out trash; and adheres to sanitation and safety policies.
• Prep Cook: Prepares foods for cooking as per prep lists and manager directions; ensures consistent quality with recipe cards; cleans and sanitizes stations; and follows sanitation and safety policies.
• Line Cook: Maintains food prep areas and cooking surfaces; manages sanitation, health, and safety standards; reads orders and prepares them quickly and accurately; cleans and restocks stations; ensures food meets quality and quantity requirements; and follows sanitation and safety policies.
