Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Store Support – The Home Depot. This role focuses on non-sales functions, including order fulfillment, customer assistance, and administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required. The position requires cooperation with associates, vendors, and carriers, and can operate with little to some supervision. A detail-oriented approach and strong time management are essential, as is integrity and focus on store objectives.

• Assist with customer order fulfillment and customer service tasks in-store or on the lot.
• Provide administrative services as needed and respond to customer questions on product order status.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and interact with customers or vendors as required.
• Handle cash management and program compliance where applicable.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; maintain attention to detail and time management; operate with minimal supervision when appropriate.
