Equipment Rental Specialist

Inside Sales Representative

• Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track.
• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime.
• Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers.
• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment.
• Act as the company’s front line of contact with the customer, understanding equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
• Perform required administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.

$20.96 - $24.89 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and/or experience.
