Best Choice Motors is seeking to hire driven Sales Consultants who are motivated to be successful. No automotive experience is necessary, we provide extensive training to ensure success! Previous Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, or Hospitality experience translates well in this position!

• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Prospect for new customers
• Automotive sales / dealership experience is preferred, but those with sales experience in any industry are welcome to apply
• An energetic and outgoing 'people' person who is motivated to succeed
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English a huge plus!
• A positive, upbeat attitude and good work ethic
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
