The analyst will perform sample analysis and complete method validation and development along with our scientists to deliver an excellent client experience through timely results and good science.
* Conduct routine sample analysis in compliance with established protocols.
* Perform method development and method validation (MD/MV) activities.
* Interpret analytical data using platforms such as Watson and Chromeleon.
* Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure adherence to safety standards.
* Review standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and relevance.
* Facilitate effective intra-site communication to support team collaboration.
* Participate in laboratory investigations to identify and resolve issues.
* Operate laboratory automation systems to support analytical workflows.
* Conduct peer reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Manage laboratory inventory to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
* This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience.  The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
