Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned carpenter with the ability to manage crews while delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you're experienced in layout, framing, finish carpentry, and have the leadership skills to guide a team, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role on complex, rewarding projects.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on commercial construction job sites
- Coordinate daily work plans and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Perform and oversee installation of:
- Metal stud and wood framing
- Doors, hardware, casework, and trim
- Ceiling grid and tile systems
- Toilet and bath accessories
- Interpret and work from blueprints and construction drawings
- Lay out walls and partitions per project specs
- Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth site operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Use construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar) for daily reporting and documentation
- 8+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience
- Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead carpenter
- Proficient in blueprint reading and layout work
- Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry
- Knowledge of construction software platforms (such as Procore) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to lead a team and maintain productivity under tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
