Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead field operations on commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned carpenter with the ability to manage crews while delivering high-quality craftsmanship. If you're experienced in layout, framing, finish carpentry, and have the leadership skills to guide a team, this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role on complex, rewarding projects.

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on commercial construction job sites
• Coordinate daily work plans and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Perform and oversee installation of:
• Metal stud and wood framing
• Doors, hardware, casework, and trim
• Ceiling grid and tile systems
• Toilet and bath accessories
• Interpret and work from blueprints and construction drawings
• Lay out walls and partitions per project specs
• Communicate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth site operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Use construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar) for daily reporting and documentation

• 8+ years of commercial construction carpentry experience
• Proven leadership experience as a foreman or lead carpenter
• Proficient in blueprint reading and layout work
• Skilled in both rough and finish carpentry
• Knowledge of construction software platforms (such as Procore) preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak and understand English
• Ability to lead a team and maintain productivity under tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Full-time, Monday-Friday
