• Complete paid training and learn the skills needed to operate a pest‑control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Act as a problem‑solver, recommending the most efficient pest solution.
• Complete all required service documentation using a handheld device.

• No experience required – training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Drug screen and background check clearance.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage route assignments, and interact with customers.

• Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in varied weather conditions.
