Are you a skilled carpenter seeking a rewarding opportunity in Lafayette, IN? If so, Coors Remodeling, Inc. is hiring a full‑time Finish Trim Carpentry Laborer to join our team!
Base pay range$28.00/hr – $32.00/hr

- Cutting and installing trim – framing windows, doors, baseboards, crown moldings, and fireplace mantels.
- Performing diverse tasks across siding, framing, drywall, window installation, decks, and additions.
- Specializing in trim and molding projects while handling a variety of day‑to‑day construction work.
- 5 years of experience as a trim carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of trim carpentry, cabinetry installation, molding installation, and staircases.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated and organized.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience with siding, windows, doors, decks, and roofs is a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check. We also conduct pre‑employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
