About the RoleThe role involves assisting in the management of contractor time and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements while working closely with the Project Coordinator.

- Reconciletimeandexpensesbetween
ERP(“Vision”)andin-housedatabase(“QAR”) - Followuponsubmittedinvoicestoensuretimelypayment
- Interact with Project Coordinatorforapprovalsandguidancewithregardstoitemsbeinginvoiced
- Complies with
PPIQuality Management Systemanditsdocumentedprocedures
- 2–5yearsinbilling/invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Exceland Word
- Aribaexperience
