Responsibilities:
- Participate in a financial professional role at New York Life in Lafayette, LA, during the initial year to gain practical experience and insights.
- Utilize digital tools, comprehensive training, and a wide range of products to support your development.
- Receive top-tier training emphasizing the value of New York Life, supported by industry experts and digital sales resources.
- Learn about New York Life's insurance and financial products tailored to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications:
- Strong achievement history in sales or managerial roles across industries is preferred.
- Experience as a business owner is considered advantageous.
- An MBA or similar qualification is highly recommended.
- Applicants will undergo specialized training to become financial professionals, focusing on product sales and client connections.
- Completion of a six-month training program is required to progress into management.
- Candidates must obtain securities licenses and FINRA registrations to serve as registered representatives with NYLIFE Securities for investment products.
Compensation: $108,500 - $240,000 annually at plan
