Call Center Representative
Luxury Bathis, one of the fastest-growing brands in the acrylic bath remodeling industry, is seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join their winning team in Lafayette, Louisiana.
NOT a remote position.
Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, availability to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
Base salary per hour based on competitive hourly pay plus commission with room for advancement.
Job duties include:
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide customer service
- Manage sales reps’ schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
