Service Advisor | Giles Volvo – Lafayette, LA

Pay: $45,000 – $80,000

Join our Volvo Service Center as a Service Advisor and help our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. You’ll support our existing service team by managing service flow, providing concierge‑level customer care, and ensuring a top‑notch experience for every client.

• Competitive Pay: Average first‑year income $40,000–$50,000, with potential for much more through commissions and bonuses for internal, warranty, and customer‑pay sales.

• Experience in automotive service or customer service preferred, but not required.
• Ambitious, confident, outgoing, and professional.
• Organized with excellent communication and time management skills.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Manage service orders and Drive Lane flow.
• Deliver concierge‑level customer support in person and by phone.
• Ensure technicians’ time is effectively scheduled and sold.
• Answer questions about vehicles, warranties, and services.
• Oversee warranty claims, parts ordering, and technician workflow.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with management on hiring, training, and service department decisions.
