PT Customer Experience Representative – Lafayette Regional Airport
Overview
Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo brands and is frequently recognized as a top workplace. We are hiring for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at the Lafayette Regional Airport location. This role provides friendly, efficient transactions and promotes company products to deliver a positive customer experience.
Pay – $16.62 per hour.
Location – 200 Terminal Drive, Lafayette, LA.
Schedule
- Thursday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Friday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Note:
This is a sales position; candidates must have a strong desire to work in sales.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services.
- Use company‑approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
- Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, local area information, and service details.
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, quotes, and general inquiries.
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and other assigned calls.
- Assist in assessing the condition of the rental vehicle upon return.
- Notify management of any customer or vehicle problems and required maintenance.
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursuing on‑the‑job training and any company‑sponsored classroom training.
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship.
- Strong desire to work in a sales role.
