Teacher Assistant

Broussard and Lafayette

• Teachers must have a CDA or college degree in education or are currently enrolled in a program to obtain one. Teachers with a CDA should be interested in enrolling in a program to obtain an associates or bachelors degree. Teacher assistants must have a CDA or college degree in education or be willing to enroll in a program to obtain one.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood center
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to work with others
• Must have an understanding of child development and child behaviors
• Must have a valid CPR certification
• Must pass a criminal background check
