The Entry-Level Financial Services Professional will work full time on-site in Lafayette, LA, supporting clients with basic financial guidance, account servicing, and investment-related inquiries. This role involves learning and applying firm-approved financial planning concepts, assisting in the preparation of retirement and investment proposals, and supporting senior professionals with client meetings and follow-up tasks.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear, professional verbal and written communication with clients and team members.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field are beneficial.
• Ability to learn regulatory requirements, maintain confidentiality, and follow compliance procedures is important.
• Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and comfort working with financial software and data are preferred.
• Interest in obtaining industry licenses (such as FINRA registrations) and pursuing professional development in financial services is advantageous.
