• Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) and be a graduate of an approved AMA school of Respiratory Therapy
• Must be knowledgeable of general, rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long‑term care
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including 12‑hour shifts
• Patient care oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude

• Provide general respiratory therapeutic services including oxygen, medical gas, humidification and suction therapies.
• Document patient/resident procedures, organize and analyze data, maintain accurate records.
• Communicate relevant patient/resident information to appropriate physicians and caregivers.
• Provide staff education related to respiratory therapy.
• Exhibit commitment to results by looking for and recommending/implementing process improvements.
• Monitor patient/resident progress and update respiratory care plan as needed.
