• Provide hands‑on physical therapy services to patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and the care team to support individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document treatment sessions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, proper body mechanics, and strategies for improving mobility and function.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, treatment guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Louisiana or compact state.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
