Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTAs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted Acute Care partners in Lafayette, LA. - Provide hands‑on physical therapy services to patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and the care team to support individualized treatment plans.
- Assist in implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document treatment sessions accurately.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, proper body mechanics, and strategies for improving mobility and function.
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, treatment guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Louisiana or compact state.
- 1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient‑centered approach with a focus on functional recovery and quality of life.
