Utilizing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you will provide support and guidance to hiring managers, employees, and candidates.

- $20-$25/hr., depending on experience.

- Actively source candidates for roles in our company from sales reps to construction apprentice.
- Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person, and coordinate follow-up interviews as needed.
- Maintain consistent communication with all applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver responsive and customer-oriented support to both the HR team and other departments in the company.
- 1-3 years of applicable recruiting experience.
- Self-starter who can effectively multitask and prioritize work assignments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in navigating recruiting software.
