Utilizing strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, you will provide support and guidance to hiring managers, employees, and candidates.

• Actively source candidates for roles in our company from sales reps to construction apprentice.
• Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person, and coordinate follow-up interviews as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with all applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver responsive and customer-oriented support to both the HR team and other departments in the company.

• 1-3 years of applicable recruiting experience.
• Self-starter who can effectively multitask and prioritize work assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in navigating recruiting software.
