We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Manageend-to-end payroll processing using advanced HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP,or Paychex to ensure accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
• Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
• Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems like Lever or iCIMS.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote workforce engagement and professional growth.
• Administer performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting,and succession planning strategies to nurture talent within the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR functions by staying current with employment & labor law updates and managing HR legal compliance protocols.
• Handle confidential personnel information with integrity while maintaining accurate data entry in HR systems like Oracle HCM or SAP Success Factors.

Skills

• Extensive experience in human resources management and payroll processing with proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Ulti Pro, Kronos, Ceridian, or Dayforce.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, affirmative action planning,and benefits administration.
• Demonstratedability in project management, organization design, change management, and strategic planning within HR departments.
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel data analysis essential), Salesforce integration skills preferred for data collection and reporting purposes.
• Skilled in recruiting tools like ATS software (iCIMS or Taleo) and HR systems such asPeople
  
  Soft or Paylocity for efficient personnel administration.
• Ability tohandle complex data entry tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
