Scrum Master – Salesforce Program
Position Type: Full-Time Employee
Location: Atlanta, GA or Lafayette, LA
Role MissionFacilitate the Agile Scrum process for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of features and continuous improvement. Act as a servant leader for the team, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and driving adherence to Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities- Scrum Leadership
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable; monitor progress and maintain transparency through burn‑down charts and dashboards.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies:
- Backlog Management
- Partner with Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure stories meet “Definition of Ready” and acceptance criteria before sprint planning.
- Stakeholder & PO Relationship
- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication to align sprint deliverables with business priorities.
- Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and address blockers impacting sprint progress.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Solution Architects, QA, Dev Ops) to manage dependencies.
- Continuous Improvement
- Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
- Drive retrospectives to identify actionable improvements for future sprints.
