• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience
• JD + active bar in Louisiana
• Excellent law school credentials, including law review
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication preferred

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and corporate governance issues
• Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre‑litigation strategy, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in business disputes
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients

The annual salary for this position is between 110k-150k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
