Vice President of Operations

Evans Equipment and Environmental is a growing industrial manufacturing and construction services company seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and scale our core operational functions. This executive role reports directly to the President and is responsible for driving execution, performance, and growth across construction, manufacturing/fabrication, and project management.

• Company-wide operations across Construction, Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Project Management
• End-to-end execution from project award through completion
• Operational strategy, systems, and performance aligned with growth goals
• Department leaders and cross‑functional teams
• Budgets, margins, KPIs, and operational accountability

• Executive oversight of all operational departments
• Leadership of construction execution, manufacturing output, and project delivery
• Standardization of systems, processes, and reporting
• Budget ownership, cost control, and margin improvement
• Development and mentoring of senior leaders
• Driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Background in industrial construction, manufacturing, or project‑based environments
• Proven success scaling operations in a growing company
• Strong financial, systems, and people leadership skills
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
