SUMMARY:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Print Shop Technician through our Supported Employment program. Working under the direct supervision of the Print Shop Manager, this entry‑level role involves a variety of hands‑on tasks including folding, packaging, and assisting with print production. Comprehensive training and on‑the‑job support will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop new skills in a supportive, inclusive, and structured work environment.
- Help prepare garments or materials for screen printing & embroidery.
- Load and unload items onto print shop equipment with guidance.
- Assist with basic screen prep (cleaning, taping, washing, etc.).
- Support Print Shop team with other general production duties as assigned.
- Fold printed garments neatly and consistently.
- Sort items by size, color, style, and job order.
- Apply labels, tags, or stickers to finished products.
- Count and pack garments into boxes or bags.
- Match packaged orders to packing lists for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow step‑by‑step instructions and safety guidelines.
