DescriptionThe Seasonal Mat Packer is responsible for inspecting finished printed mats for quality and personalization accuracy, then rolling, boxing, and preparing them for shipment. Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until production ramps up.
RequirementsExcellent attention to detail and ability to spot printing errors.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Dependable, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in packaging, fulfillment, or quality inspection is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous production or packaging experience preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to roll and box mats consistently throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Strong visual acuity for quality inspection and order accuracy.
