• Full‑time position – full‑time days or nights
• Work in a specialty ACUTE setting with medically complex patients

• Deliver hands‑on nursing care to patients with complex medical needs

• Monitor patient status, administer medications and basic treatments, and accurately document care

• Ensure care is provided in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Active LPN license in Louisiana or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
