Pay Package: $2,116 per week

Schedule:

12 hour night shift

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience

• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies

• Ability to delegate, communicate, and manage nursing team resources effectively

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, or regulatory requirements relevant to nursing practice

• Familiarity with data-driven evaluation to promote clinical improvements
Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Other Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of practice

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Physical capacity to perform heavy work, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and frequently, andpounds constantly

• Ability to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases

• Must work in patient care areas involving direct patient interaction and specimen handling
